A less alarmist way to think about stress
Stress is a context and a signal. Understanding it does not require treating every difficult week as a problem to solve.
Stress language can be noisy. Sometimes it names a short response to a demanding moment; sometimes it points to a pattern that deserves more support.
Ask what the signal is attached to
Notice timing, demands, recovery, and what has changed around you. This kind of observation is not a self-diagnosis. It is a way to choose a kinder next question.
Context is not an excuse. It is information.
